When you create a CoreHub (workspace), we collect the CoreHub name, avatar, and settings. Each CoreHub operates with its own database to ensure data isolation between workspaces. Your plan type (Free, Startup, or Growth) is associated with each CoreHub.
Project and Task Data
We store all information you provide when managing projects and tasks, including:
- Project titles, descriptions, dates, budgets, and reference codes
- Task details, priorities, statuses, types, due dates, and assignments
- Subtasks, comments, attachments, and activity logs
- Custom statuses, priorities, and task types you create
- Team member assignments and permissions
- Tags and organizational metadata
Contact Forms
When you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message content to respond to your inquiries.
Usage Data

Data Storage and Security
Multi-Tenant Architecture
Each CoreHub operates with its own isolated database, ensuring that your workspace data remains separate from other organizations. This architecture provides an additional layer of security and data privacy.

- Encrypted password storage using bcrypt hashing
- HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data transmission

Data Retention
Depending on your plan type, deleted tasks are retained for different periods:
- Free Plan: Tasks are permanently deleted immediately
- Startup Plan: Deleted tasks are archived for 30 days
- Growth Plan: Deleted tasks are archived for 6 months
After these retention periods, tasks are permanently removed from our systems. Account and CoreHub data is retained until you request deletion.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With Your CoreHub Members: Data within a CoreHub is shared with invited team members according to project permissions
