Please read these terms carefully before using Tasklemon. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing Tasklemon, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
Description of Service
Tasklemon is a task management and collaboration platform that enables individuals and teams to organize projects, manage tasks, collaborate with team members, and track progress through kanban boards, subtasks, comments, and real-time updates.
Account Registration
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Free Plan Inactivity: If your account is on a Free Plan and remains inactive for 3 consecutive months (no login activity), your account and all associated content will be automatically deleted. You must log in at least once within the 3-month period to keep your account active. This content cannot be recovered after deletion.
Downgrade to Free Plan: When paid plans (Startup or Growth) are downgraded to a Free Plan, the same 3-month inactivity conditions apply. If you do not log in within 3 months after downgrading, your account and all its content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
CoreHub Workspaces
CoreHub Creation
When you create a CoreHub (workspace), you become the owner of that workspace. CoreHub owners have full administrative control over the workspace, including the ability to:
- Invite and remove team members
- Manage projects, tasks, and organizational settings
- Assign roles and permissions to team members
- Choose and modify subscription plans
- Delete the CoreHub and all associated data
Data Isolation
Each CoreHub operates with its own isolated database to ensure data privacy between different workspaces. CoreHub owners are responsible for managing access to their workspace data.
Subscription Plans
Plan Types
Tasklemon offers three plan types:
- Free Plan: Core kanban functionality with 1 CoreHub and 1 project, limited to personal use
- Startup Plan: Collaborative features with up to 15 projects and 30-day task archive
- Growth Plan: Enterprise features with unlimited projects and 6-month task archive
Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly depending on your selection. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Plan Changes and Cancellation
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Startup plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the standard subscription fee. No credit card is required for the Free plan.
User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or CoreHubs
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or servers
- Use automated tools or bots to access the platform without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Tasklemon or third parties and/or our customers and clients
- We retain the right to pursue legal action in due course for violating these conditions
Content and Data Ownership
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, including projects, tasks, comments, attachments, and other data ("Your Content"). By using Tasklemon, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Our Platform
Tasklemon, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and platform features, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our platform.
Data Backup
While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of Your Content. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of Your Content.
Task Archiving and Deletion
When you delete a task, the retention period depends on your plan type:
- Free Plan: Tasks are permanently deleted immediately
- Startup Plan: Deleted tasks are archived for 30 days before permanent deletion
- Growth Plan: Deleted tasks are archived for 6 months before permanent deletion
After the applicable retention period, tasks are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Disclaimers
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous access to Tasklemon, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tasklemon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasklemon and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tasklemon, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Tasklemon at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications or discontinuation of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Tasklemon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of Tasklemon shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tasklemon regarding your use of the platform.
